Refund policy

 

Please read before starting your return.  We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or exchange. After reading through this return information you can fill out a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused in its original packaging. 

To start a Return or Exchange, go to the Order Portal use your email to login. Please contact us if you have questions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damage or defective item, please request a return shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, handmade, custom products, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to initiate a return the item you have., Once we have tracking movement, we will ship out your replacement.

Refunds
We do not normally accept returns on items.  We will replace or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase.  Sometimes in extenuating circumstances we will refund with a 30% restocking.  Message us and we will do our best to make you happy.
